FAQ'S

I have a bad back can you accomadate that?

I pride myself in helping individuals just like you find relief from common aches and pains. However I'm not a physical therapist. 

What if I don't like my workouts?

Let me know! I'm happy to adjust as needed. I've got people who love strength-based workouts and some who love HIIT-based workouts. Let me know what you prefer in your application.

Can I make progress with only two workouts a week?

Absolutely! Especially if you weren't doing any workout before starting. I do recommend most of my clients start with three to four workouts a week though.

Do you offer nutrition coaching?

Yes! Easily combine your workout program and nutrition coaching for the ultimate transformation. 

When do I pay?

All subscriptions are monthly. All subscriptions are charged on the 15th of each month. However, I do make exceptions if needed. I also off one-time payments to save more money in the long run.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, I offer 3,6,12 month transformation commitments to ensure you stay committed to your health. Once your chosen contract is complete you can cancel your payment or continue as you like.
