About Me

If you don't know me I'd like to introduce myself and give a brief background. My name is Danny and I am a Christian. You'll see that in most of the blogs I write there will be Christian references or information that is based from a Christian worldview. With that being said I'm a nutrition and exercise agnostic. Basically, I'm not here to give you my agenda on what I believe is the best approach to your health! Your body is unique, your skills, history and desires are unique so why shouldn't your lifestyle be?

I'm certified as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, pain-free performance specialist and health and well-being coach. My passion is helping men and women reduce injury and improve their quality of life through individual training. 

One of the biggest problems in the health and fitness industry today is trying to force people into the "best" way of eating or exercising. At the end of the day the "best" is whatever works for you. There are basic principles that should be applied though so I'm here to help you apply those while helping you figure out what's best for you.
