I pride myself in helping individuals just like you find relief from common aches and pains. However I'm not a physical therapist.
Do I Have to Sign a Contract for Remote Personal Training?
Yes, I offer 3,6,12 month transformation commitments to ensure you stay committed to your health. Once your chosen contract is complete you can cancel your payment or continue as you like.
Can I Make Progress with Only Two Workouts a Week?
Absolutely! Especially if you weren't doing any workout before starting. I do recommend most of my clients start with three to four workouts a week though.
What If I Don't Like My Workouts?
Let me know! I'm happy to adjust as needed. I've got people who love strength-based workouts and some who love HIIT-based workouts. Let me know what you prefer in your application.
