I have really enjoyed my training time with Danny. He is a professional through and through. His approach is client first. He listens to my goals and needs and knows how to create results for me based on the time I can give him every week. He is knowledgeable about the science behind working out and knows when to push and let up when necessary. Danny is also just a good human being with a relaxed personality and a good sense of humor. It's been a great relationship and I am grateful to have him as my trainer!

Danny was a such great coach, who could see my individual needs. Specifically, what I needed to become stronger, or how to improve my balance, or what exercises to build strength in my terribly flat feet!! Something I had no idea was even an option! No matter what you need, Danny will help you, achieve your goals or help you set goals. He’ll motivate you to better health both through exercise and diet. He cares so much for his clients!! I would highly recommend his fitness program and talents!

Danny is great to work with. He’s easy-going but so well prepared. I’ve told him to push me hard and he does, but he’s also ready to modify the workout on the fly if I come in too tired or vulnerable to a particular type of injury. He’s super patient and a big encourager. If you’ve been trying to get fit but just need the expertise to know what exercises will get you there, or just need the push of a good coach, check Danny out. Highly recommended!

How many sessions should I do?

As many or as little as you need to reach your goals. Most of my clients start off with a 10-pack and go from there.

Do I have to buy a package? Or can I pay per session?

Very rarely will I accept clients who prefer to pay per session. If you are interested but do not have the finances to purchase a package please view my "individual design" service.

How much do you charge?

In-home training is $80/hour or $50 for a half hour.
If you meet me at Owensboro Fitness I charge $60/hour* or $35* for a half hour.

*10 session package

Are the sessions awkward?

No, far from it. I'm a very personable and friendly individual and know how to make one-on-one training fun, even if it's the two of us.

How long do sessions last?

I offer 30-minute and 60-minute sessions. Each session includes a warmup, strength training and cooldown.
